In one of our recent meetings of the Teacher Agency Working Group at the Chartered College of Teaching, we explored some of the opportunities and challenges surrounding teacher agency in today’s educational landscape.
The discussion prompted me to reflect on a key question: if greater professional freedoms are available to teachers, are we making the most of them?
